Martha Mitchell, the founder of Haven 4 Hope Foundation, has over 20 years experience serving marginalized populations. She has a background in strategic planning, management , employee training, mentoring, and leadership. She has successfully led diverse teams  in outreach service and brings to Haven 4 Hope a spirit of excellence, integrity, and compassion for humanity.

DaVon Jackson is an executive assistant, who enjoys assisting nonprofits, ministries, and small businesses with start up and development. She has years of experience working with children, youth, and adults of all ages in schools, churches and mental health service settings. Her passion is for reaching those who have fallen between the cracks in society utilizing community resources, agencies, and information networks. Organization, experience, leadership, community engagement, and networking are a few of the assets that she brings to Haven 4 Hope Foundation.

Tammy Mathis is an engineer, founder of Sincere Supports, a wife, mother, and proud grandma! Tammy has many years of experience working with diverse populations and cultures in an array of settings. She brings a vast knowledge of cultural diversity, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership,  training and network resourcing to Haven 4 Hope Foundation.

Nancy  Broussard serves as the designated Treasurer for Haven 4 Hope Foundation. She brings a wealth of experience, skill and a compassion for people which has been developed throughout her walk as a Christian and long history in roles of Customer Support. Nancy has worked with major nonprofits such as World Vision and Children International. Her desire is to assist with building Haven 4 Hope Foundation, while seeing it reach its full capacity as a nationally recognized Humanitarian Organization.
